1. Change the company name with the following detailed changes:

+ Former name: HANDCRAFT AGRICULTURAL GENERAL PRODUCTION AND IMPORT EXPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

+ Current name : HAGIMEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY

+ Other information, such as our company's tax identification number, contact information (phone, email, fax), head office location, etc., stays the same.

2. In accordance with the updated information, as of November 7, 2022, HAGIMEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY will be used in place of HANDICRAFT - AGRICULTURAL - GENERAL PRODUCTION, AND IMPORT- EXPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
3. We heartily applaud that, as of November 7, 2022, our clients and business partners use the information we have updated above when entering into agreements, cancelling agreements, creating invoices, paying bills, and other actions.
4. The relationships, transactions, civil responsibilities, and fulfillment of prior contracts between the parties will not be impacted by the change in the business name. If necessary, our company can help with the signing of a separate contract modification to change this new name.
