1. Sales Department

1.1. Position: Import-Export Sales Executive
Location: Hanoi Office: Floor 4.1, 775 Giai Phong Street, Tuong Mai, Hanoi (Old address: Floor 4.1, 775 Giai Phong Street, Hoang Mai, Hanoi).

Job Description:

  • Search and develop relationships with potential customers.

  • Consult and introduce company’s products/services.

  • Create and maintain customer relationships.

  • Conduct sales activities, negotiate contracts.

  • Monitor and manage contracts and receivables of assigned customers.

  • Implement online marketing.

Requirements: University degree or higher (Business/Marketing preferred), IELTS ≥ 6.5, dynamic, able to work under pressure.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday at office, Saturday morning online work, off Saturday afternoon & Sunday.

2. Production Department

2.1. Position: Boiler Operator (01 person)
Location: Manufacturing Plant: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Kim Bang Ward, Ninh Binh Province (Old address: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Ngoc Son Ward, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam Province).

Job Description: Operate boiler, load fuel according to standard, maintain equipment, report technical issues, etc.

Requirements: High school graduate or higher, good health.

Benefits: 10–15 million VND/month depending on productivity and performance.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 07:30–16:30 or according to seasonal production plan. Monday – Saturday, off Sunday. Overtime as required.

2.2. Position: Machine Operator (01 person)
Location: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Kim Bang Ward, Ninh Binh Province (old address: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Ngoc Son Ward, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam Province).

Job Description: Operate machines according to technical requirements, maintain, and report technical issues (capping machines, seaming, can washing, etc.).

Requirements: Vocational/technical diploma or higher in electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.; good health.

Benefits: 10–15 million VND/month depending on productivity and performance.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 07:30–16:30 or according to seasonal production plan. Monday – Saturday, off Sunday. Overtime as required.

2.3. Position: Production Worker (03 people)

3. Finance – Accounting Department

3.1. Position: Chief Accountant
Location: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Kim Bang Ward, Ninh Binh Province (old address: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Ngoc Son Ward, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam Province).

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall accounting and auditing activities of the Company.

  • Organize accounting system in line with business operations.

  • Control and manage accounting records, data entry, asset inventory, financial statements, balance sheets, and related reports.

  • Develop processes and forms related to accounting and finance.

  • Prepare data and reports for auditing and tax finalization.

  • Provide solutions and advice to the Board of Directors on tax issues.

  • Advise management on improving the Company’s financial-accounting system.

  • Manage and evaluate accounting staff, provide training and development.

  • Other tasks assigned by managers and the Board of Directors.

Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, etc.; strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations; leadership and management skills; ability to handle pressure, risk management, teamwork, and team leadership.

4. Raw Materials Department

4.1. Position: Raw Materials Staff
Location: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Kim Bang Ward, Ninh Binh Province (old address: Bien Hoa Industrial Cluster, Ngoc Son Ward, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam Province).

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain raw material cultivation areas (cucumber, cinnamon, lychee, etc.) as assigned.

  • Ensure supply of raw materials according to required quality and cost.

  • Purchase, deliver, and transport raw materials.

  • Manage payments with suppliers.

  • Report progress to management.

  • Other tasks assigned by managers and the Board of Directors.

Requirements: University degree or higher in agriculture, forestry, food-related fields; dynamic, able to work under pressure.

5.1. Position: R&D Staff

Job Description:

  • Research market and new technology trends: identify customer needs and trends to develop new products/services.

  • Develop new products: generate ideas, participate in design, testing, and quality evaluation.

  • Improve existing products: propose and implement enhancements in features, performance, or cost.

  • Conduct scientific and technical research: perform experiments and feasibility tests for research projects.

Requirements: University degree or higher in food, chemistry, biology, or related fields; strong analytical skills, innovation, dynamic, able to work under pressure.
