Currently, the main Cucumber products at Hagimex can be mentioned as Pickled Baby Cucumber, Sliced Cucumber, Crushed Cucumber, Spear Cucumber, etc. Hagimex usually uses other ingredients to match the cucumber product.

Pickled Baby Cucumbers are one of the products that have been present for the longest time at Hagimex. Pickled Baby Cucumber is made from Baby Cucumber which has a small size of only 5-7 cm. Baby cucumbers are harvested in April, May, November, and December.

With products such as Long-Sliced Cucumbers or Spear Cucumber, the material will need to be longer, usually about 9-12cm long. Depending on the customer's request, the product will have different lengths as well as taste.

Hagimex always uses large cucumbers to optimize the most ingredients and bring high aesthetics to the product.The type of Cucumber we usually use is Vietnamese Cucumber, but sometimes other types of Cucumber are also used depending on customer requirements or the availability of ingredients. The harvesting season for these cucumbers usually lasts from February to June and from August to December.
