First of all, Hagimex Joint Stock Company would like to sincerely thank our partners for their trust, support and cooperation in the past time.

We have recently identified that our company email domain has been a target of fraudulent activity.

We became aware that a malicious actor hacked our email address and sent emails to one of our customers, impersonating our business and our staff, faking our company’s seal and announcing change of banking details for payments to a personal bank account.

If you receive an email informing from our company of the change of bank information to personal bank account, please ignore the email’s content and send it to us for further investigation. We DO NOT use any personal bank account, and ONLY use a bank account with our company name “HAGIMEX JSC”. 

Up to the present, there is NO change in our payment information. If so, we will have a legally valid written notice. For better security, when there’s notification of the bank account change, even to our company name “Hagimex JSC”, please kindly call us for verification.

We encourage all of our contacts to remain vigilant and pay close attention to any suspicious emails.
